Target Task
Through concentrated efforts in large-scale inspections, rectifications, exposures, drills, discussions, and supervision actions, comprehensively investigate prominent risks and hidden dangers in "nine small places", mixed operation sites of various industries, and densely populated areas. Strictly implement key rectification requirements, effectively transmit pressure to grassroots units, convey it to the social periphery, promote the enforcement of fire prevention responsibilities at the very end, and resolutely curb the occurrence of major fire accidents.
Scope of Rectification
"Nine Small Places" include
(1) Small schools and kindergartens, small medical institutions, small shops, small restaurants, small hotels, small entertainment venues, small internet cafes, small beauty and bathing establishments, small production and processing enterprises, etc. (2) Mixed operation sites of various industries. This includes business places that integrate dining, accommodation, entertainment, commerce, warehousing, culture, sports, training, and other multi-functional operations, as well as labor-intensive enterprises formed by subleasing and transferring leases for multiple functions of production and storage.
(3) Densely populated areas. This includes hotels, public entertainment venues, large commercial complexes, hospitals, boarding primary and secondary schools, nursing homes, tourist sites, children's welfare institutions, etc.
